Required Classes

Students placed in Division classes are required to take the mandatory number of classes for that division. A student may be asked to withdraw from a division if attendance is a problem.

Holidays and Vacations

The Saratoga Ballet Academy follows local school district holidays and vacations. Exceptions are posted on the school information board. If you have questions, please check with the front desk.

 Class Attire

Female

Pink tights and pink ballet shoes must be worn by all students.  Skirts, leg warmers and jewelry are not allowed in any class.

Male

Black tights, white socks, white tee shirt and white ballet shoes. Leg warmers and jewelry are not allowed in any class.

Make-up Classes

Make-up classes are held only when the school has been closed due to inclement weather.

Costumes

All costumes are the property of the Saratoga Ballet Academy. Workshop fees are applied to the entire cost of the production.

Performances

The Saratoga Ballet Academy holds a workshop performance at the end of its fall/winter session. All students asked to perform in school productions must attend all rehearsals. Repeated absences of rehearsals will result in dismissal from the production.
