As students progress into the higher divisions the focus transfers to pointe work, timing and stage presence. Pointe work is introduced in Division 3 or higher with teacher approval. Division 5 is for the serious student who has decided to aspire to a career in dance. Students work on timing, presence and perfection of steps in a daily technique class.
